A couple of friends said it was neat and stuff right before membership closed up and I had to wait FOREVER to get an account.
I gave birth during a thread.
I was surprised after giving birth to my son to check Metafilter and see that coriolisdave had posted the mefi project of the blog I was live-blogging it from.
And so grateful for the many warm wishes that came from mefites!
Although it still makes me blush that it was on the blue.....
